My husband and I relocated from Charlotte, NC to Fort Mill, SC in 2006.  We used Lisa Du Toit to sell our Charlotte home and as our buying agent to purchase our Fort Mill home. 

As the selling agent, Lisa came in with an aggressive, well organized marketing plan.  She was very familiar with the area, the value of the houses, and researched our “competition”.  In addition to her plan, she had professional home stagers walk through our home to give us suggestions and look at our house with a fresh eye.  Lisa had a big open house planned but was never able to deliver on that piece of the marketing plan because our house sold in 4 days!  She remained very hands on and in the loop from the time we signed the papers all the way through the closing.  She was a part of all meetings, home inspections, and the final walk through.  There is no way that moving can be stress free; however, we did not have to worry about the details of the home inspection, paperwork being prepared for closing, the buyers being able to close on the house, and the like thanks to her.

As the buyer’s agent, Lisa was just as aggressive and hands on.  We built our new home and she was with us every step of the way.  She attended all the builders meetings so she could stay in the loop and make sure that we were getting the house we wanted at the price that was agreed upon.  There was never a question about documents being completed for any meeting (including the closing) because Lisa made sure the documents were there ahead of time. 

We feel very confident that anyone will be pleased with her service, professionalism, and honesty whether you are using her as a buying agent, a selling agent, or both!
